The Cavill Hotel’s menu features fresh and local produce to deliver an elevated gastropub offering. Inspired by the beautiful Gold Coast, feast on pub favourites, chef specialities and modern fusion dishes for a memorable dining experience.
Our head chef has carefully created a culinary offering ideal for both casual lunches and celebratory nights out with the likes , Grilled Barramundi and chicken parmigiana. Our talented bartenders have crafted an extensive complementary drinks menu featuring local and international wines, a great range of craft, contemporary and classic beers, and a cocktail list definitely worth sampling.
